Rice Pudding

Today, I attempted Grandma Till's Rice Pudding.  I wish I had a recipe but I gave it my best shot. 

RICE PUDDING
1 1/2 C. cooked rice (refrigerated to cool)
2 C. Milk
1/3 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1T. Vanilla
1 beaten Egg
1 dash Nutmeg
1 dash Cinnamon
Vanilla Beans

In a heavy saucepan cook rice and 1 1/2 C. Milk, Sugar, Salt and Vanilla until thickened (about 10 minutes). Stir constantly.   Add beaten egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla from 1 Vanilla Bean.

Refrigerate.

Enjoy.

I love and miss Grandma Till.  It's a nice thing to have nice memories.
