Mother's Day

How did I ever get so lucky to be the mom of these fantastic ladies?  Today I had breakfast in bed (veggie omelet and OJ), the girls gave me cards, certificates, coupons, shoes, wrote me the following poem:

In your Mother's Day shoes

you work hard

to keep this house clean

so we're writing this card

because to us, much you mean

Each day you walk a mother's path

to give your children all that you hath.

We home someday to walk in your shoes.

As your daughters your same path we will choose.

We love you so much for being our mother.

We love you more than any other.

I am one lucky mom!  Thanks for the special mother's day, girls (and Rendell)!
